I used to practice Martial Arts, even from my childhood and that keeps me active always. I was into State Government Service when I was 18 and quit when I realized that my potential is no way matching with their outdated policies. My passion made me a fulltime Karate Coach.

Two years ago I joined Modicare and that was a breakthrough. Now I am in total bliss. Life is now more meaningful, when I touch many more people’s lives. I can now match my feelings, thoughts, energy and action with the ultimate Jugalbandhi by balancing my life through Martial Arts as well as Modicare. Both have same principle- to uplift ourselves; and then to uplift others who allow it to be.
